Service Description

Class description This is a mixed level fitness class and has been designed so you can go at your own pace. This is no regular workout; classes are always different and will cover everything from cardio to strength and conditioning and Muay Thai techniques. You will learn how to throw powerful kicks and various boxing combinations giving you a whole-body workout.
