Service Description
Class description Our 6 + program is a mixed level class and is aimed to cover a range of Muay Thai skills starting from the fundamentals and ranging to some more advanced moves. Your child will be taught a variety of striking and defensive techniques and combinations. Our coaches ensure there is a strong emphasis on learning the correct techniques in every class whilst making the content fun and exciting. This class involves light contact sparring for those who are wishing to participate. Note: Students will be paired with children their own age and ability. Grading Gradings run every 3 months and are optional but strongly recommended. We use a fully graded system using coloured armbands to denote each child’s skill level. Our kids Muay Thai 6 + program runs all year round including the school holidays.
