Class Description
This mixed-level class is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Each session includes a high-intensity workout, shadow sparring, combinations, bag work, partner drills, and pad work.
You'll learn the 8 limbs of Muay Thai—punches, kicks, knees, and elbows on both sides—guided by expert coaches. You'll be encouraged to push yourself to improve both your fitness and technique. Light contact sparring may also be included.
Muay Thai Fundamentals
(Level 1)

Class description
Level 1 is a mixed-level class suitable for both beginners and experienced fighters. In this class, you'll build a solid foundation by mastering essential drills for footwork, stance, and basic attacks and defenses. You'll refine the 8 Muay Thai weapons—punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—on both sides, improving your technique and overall skills.


Muay Thai Intermediate
(Level 2)

Class description
"Intro to Free Pads and Light Sparring" is for those who've mastered Level 1 basics and are ready to progress. In this class, you'll learn advanced combinations, how to work and hold pads in a "free pads" format (no set combo), and practice attacking, defending, evading, and countering under guidance.
You'll also be introduced to sparring and clinching in a controlled, safe environment to build your skills and confidence while minimising injury risk.

Muay Thai Advanced
(Level 3)

Class description
This class is for those who have completed Levels 1 and 2 and are ready to take their training to the next level. It's not suitable for beginners; you should have at least 1-2 years of training and a solid understanding of the techniques to feel confident in this class.
​
You’ll be expected to work independently at times, including during skipping, strength exercises, shadow sparring, and bag work. The class focuses heavily on fitness and conditioning, so a good level of fitness is required. Expect a high degree of contact to practice realistic defense and offense. Full protective gear is essential.


Open Sparring
(All Levels)

Class description
This is a mixed level class and is perfect for those who want to begin sparring. This class has been designed so that beginners can practice their foundation skills and the more experienced fighter can continue to sharpen theirs.
​
In this class, the most experienced fighter must adjust their pace and skill to the less experienced fighter. This allows both partners to ability to grow and learn from one another.
Fighters Class
(Level 4)

Class description
This class is by invitation only and requires a high level of fitness and Muay Thai experience. The intense "Thai style" class includes a team run, skipping, shadow sparring, bag and pad work, clinching, sparring, and strength training.
